Yoko Villa là căn nhà đầu tiên trong chuỗi bốn công trình tại Đà Lạt, mỗi căn gắn với một mùa. Đại diện cho mùa Đông, Yoko Villa mang tinh thần tĩnh lặng, khép kín vừa đủ và sâu lắng – như một chốn trú ẩn trong tiết trời cao nguyên.

Công trình nằm trên triền dốc, mặt sau hướng về thung lũng. Thiết kế tiếp cận địa hình và khí hậu đặc thù, với hình khối chéo vát rõ nét giúp giảm thị giác nặng nề, đồng thời tạo chiều sâu cho mặt đứng. Các logia đóng vai trò lớp đệm khí hậu: bên ngoài kín đáo, bên trong mở thoáng với hệ cửa kính lớn và ánh sáng vàng ấm.

Biệt thự gồm ba tầng nổi, một tầng hầm, phủ tông cam đất gợi sắc đỏ bazan. Nội thất phối gỗ nâu, đá trắng, gạch nung và vải thô, tạo nên cảm giác mộc mạc, an yên.

Điểm nhấn nằm ở mặt hậu: toàn bộ không gian mở ra rừng thông, nơi những khung cửa thu trọn màu xanh và đưa thiên nhiên vào từng khoảnh khắc sinh hoạt.

Yoko Villa is the first in a series of four houses in Da Lat, each inspired by a season. Representing winter, Yoko Villa embodies a quiet, introspective spirit – an intimate retreat in the cool highland climate.

Set on a sloping hillside with its back facing a valley, the design responds closely to the site’s topography and weather. Bold diagonal volumes reduce visual heaviness while adding depth to the façade. The loggias act as climate buffers: discreet on the outside, yet airy and open inside, thanks to large glass doors and warm ambient lighting.

The villa features three above-ground floors and one basement level, wrapped in an earthy orange hue reminiscent of the region’s red basalt soil. The interior blends dark wood, white stone, terracotta tiles, and raw-textured fabrics – evoking a sense of rustic calm and understated warmth.

Its most striking feature lies at the rear: the entire back opens to a pine forest, where generous windows frame the lush green landscape, drawing nature into every moment of daily life.
